As Linosec expands its operations internationally, particularly in China and the rest of Asia, it is seeking a Corporate Communications & Operations Manager to drive its global outreach efforts, strengthen its market presence, and establish key relationships in these regions.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Communications & Operations Manager to enhance our internal and external communication, streamline operational processes, and drive cross-departmental efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic thinking and day-to-day operations, leveraging their bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, international experience, and expertise in client relations and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communication & Content Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
- Create and oversee content across platforms, ensuring a unified and compelling brand voice.
- Lead internal communication efforts to foster a transparent and collaborative culture.
- Support on External Image & Reputation Building and Business Development: Follow up PR pitches, media partner deals or marketing plans and help maintain communication across different marketing channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in developing channel-specific and on-brand strategic campaigns and messaging.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and optimize internal processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement systems to improve workflow across departments.
- Ensure seamless coordination and alignment between cross-functional teams.
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
- Strengthening stakeholder and client relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Support the CEO and leadership team in strategic initiatives and high-level partnerships.
- Help convert internally created work into external marketing opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
- Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan, organize, and oversee corporate events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design impactful event strategies.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and post-event evaluations to maximize ROI.
- Operations Oversight & Team Support:
- Serve as a liaison between departments to address operational challenges and streamline communication.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members to uphold organizational standards.
- Monitor resource allocation to ensure efficient use of time and budget.
- Crisis Management:
- Take charge during crises, managing risks with a well-defined communication and operational strategy.
- Ad Hoc Strategic Projects:
- Lead or contribute to thematic initiatives aligned with the organization’s objectives, demonstrating adaptability and innovation.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in improving internal processes, managing cross-departmental projects, and enhancing team efficiency.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities. Public speaking abilities are a plus.
- Proven track record in high-level stakeholder management.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin. Additional language will be an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to navigate multicultural and fast-paced environments.
- Proven event marketing experience, preferably in tech or cloud management.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple events.
- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to travel regularly to support international operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in professional services, consulting, or a multinational corporation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and event management software.
