Images, measurements and metadata may be rendered incompletely or incorrectly. The display is not calibrated to the DICOM Grayscale Standard Display Function (PS3.14), rendering involves windowing, interpolation and possibly lossy compression, and measurements depend entirely on the calibration recorded in each file, which may be missing or wrong. Nothing shown in the app is medical advice, and using it creates no doctor-patient relationship. The full notice appears the first time you open ClaraScan — the app will not run, and its sharing server will not start, until you have read and accepted it. Import single files, a whole folder including its subfolders, or a .zip. ClaraScan groups everything into studies and series with rendered thumbnails, and recognises duplicates by SOP Instance UID so re-importing the same disc never doubles a study. Scrub through a series, pinch to zoom, pan, double-tap to reset. Set the window by dragging, or pick a preset — soft tissue, lung, bone, or the window stored in the file itself. Length, angle, rectangle, ellipse, a pixel probe and an arrow you can attach a note to. Lengths come out in millimetres from the pixel spacing recorded in the file, and when a file carries none the app says so plainly and falls back to pixels. Multi-frame, signed and unsigned, 8/12/16-bit, MONOCHROME1/2, palette colour, RGB and YBR, with rescale slope and intercept, VOI and modality LUTs, overlay planes and ultrasound regions. Turn on the built-in server and any browser on the same network can upload files to the device or download studies from it, through a web page the app serves itself. Sign-in is mandatory and cannot be switched off: the passphrase is generated on the device, and ten wrong tries lock remote access for ten minutes. The Whole Header, Searchable完整标签，可搜索ヘッダー全体を検索

A built-in DICOM tag inspector shows the complete header of any image, with a search box for finding the tag you actually want. ClaraScan sends nothing to any cloud. The studies you import, the images they contain, the measurements and notes you add, the DICOM headers you read and the settings you choose all stay in this device’s private storage and nowhere else. Parsing, decoding, windowing, rendering and measuring all run locally on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. The app makes no network request to any Linosec service and needs no internet connection to do its job — put the device in airplane mode and ClaraScan behaves exactly the same. There is no sign-up and no user account. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no advertising identifiers and no usage telemetry of any kind. The optional sharing server runs on your device, on your own network, and only while you have it switched on. Nothing is relayed through Linosec. Access always requires the passphrase generated on the device — it cannot be turned off — and ten wrong attempts lock remote access for ten minutes. You decide what comes in and what goes out. Delete a single study or clear the entire library at any time, and the files leave the device with it. An optional anonymise-on-export step replaces the patient name, swaps the patient ID for a pseudonym that is stable within a study, and removes birth date, address and phone numbers before a file is downloaded. ClaraScan asks for no contacts, no photo library, no camera, no microphone and no location. It reads the files you pick, and nothing else.
